The rating and review system is designed to rate a loan officer's ethics. The system works much like eBay where consumer feedback is posted for consumer awareness. You simply search by name to see a loan officer's performance.Submit a Review

- Follow all applicable laws and regulations in the City and State in which they operate.

- Seek the best product for the client situation regardless of compensation.
- Discuss lock procedures and options upfront.
- Explain all loan documents.
- Explain fees associated with the loan transaction.
- Disclose all upfront fees and their appropriation.
- Explain the loan process, from application to closing.
- Charge only those fees disclosed or re-disclosed on your Good Faith Estimate.
- Charge rates and fees that do not vary based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age.
- Communicate throughout the loan process in a timely manner.
- Communicate honestly and openly, avoiding misrepresentation at all costs.
- Providing continued customer service after closing and through out the life of your loan.
- Encourage feedback through the National Association of Ethical Loan Officers website.
